The bottom navigation bar is your primary way to move between Helloii features. It contains five tabs:

TabFunction

CallsVoice and video call history
ChatsAll your conversations
ContactsContact list and search
YouProfile, trust level, ZTRS, and account settings

The currently active tab is highlighted. Unread message counts appear as badges on the Chats tab.

Chats Screen

The Chats screen is where you land when you open Helloii. It shows all of your conversations.

What you see:

  • Contact name and profile picture
  • Last message preview
  • Timestamp of last activity
  • ZTRS trust indicator (color-coded dot)
  • Unread message count badge

Actions from the Chats screen:

  • Tap a conversation to open it

  • Long press to select multiple conversations

  • Tap the compose icon to start a new conversation

Tap the magnifying glass icon at the top of the Chats screen to search.

You can search for:

  • Contact names

  • Phone numbers
  • Shared files and media

Search results cover all of your conversations.

Calls Screen

The Calls screen shows your complete call history.

Each entry shows:

  • Call type (voice or video, incoming or outgoing)
  • Call duration
  • Date and time
  • ZTRS trust indicator

  • Tap the phone icon (top right) to start a new call
  • Swipe left on an entry to delete it from history

Your Trust Level

Helloii uses a single profile. There are no separate accounts to switch between and no anonymous mode. When you sign up, you verify your identity through your TripleEnable identity, so you sign in as Verified from day one. Your trust level is shown in the You tab.

There are two trust levels:

  • Verified — the base level for every Helloii user. Your identity has been confirmed through TripleEnable ID verification at signup. This is the everyday trust level for all of your conversations and contacts.
  • Secure — an optional upgrade of your same profile. Think of it like adding a higher verified badge to the account you already have. Secure unlocks the highest trust level in Helloii and additional advanced capabilities.

How to view your trust level:

  1. Tap the You tab in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Your current trust level (Verified or Secure) is displayed at the top of your profile

Upgrading to Secure

Secure is an add-on to your existing Verified profile, not a separate account. When you upgrade, everything stays in one place: the same conversations, the same contacts, the same settings. Upgrading raises your trust level and unlocks advanced capabilities. You do not lose or move any data when you upgrade.
