1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any TripleCyber products, services, websites, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including TripleEnable, Tr3sPass, TripleValidate, TripleDNS, TripleSOC, and any other products offered by TripleCyber Corp.
2. Description of Services
TripleCyber Corp ("TripleCyber," "we," "us," or "our") provides identity protection, zero-trust cybersecurity, and digital trust services. Our Services include:
- TripleEnable: Digital identity wallet and cryptographic key management
- Tr3sPass: Secure communications and passwordless authentication
- TripleValidate: Identity and domain validation services
- TripleDNS: DNS registration and identity-secured domain management
- TripleSOC: Security information and event management (SIEM/XDR) platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify TripleCyber of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
TripleCyber reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Services
- Use automated tools to scrape, index, or extract data from the Services without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your identity
TripleCyber reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal or technical action against anyone who violates this provision.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, technology, trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in connection with the Services ("TripleCyber IP") are owned by or licensed to TripleCyber Corp. This includes TripleEnablement™, TripleSOC, Tr3sPass, TripleValidate, TripleDNS, and all associated branding.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any TripleCyber IP without our prior written consent.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services ("Feedback"), you grant TripleCyber a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback without restriction.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in those policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TripleCyber does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIPLECYBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF TRIPLECYBER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIPLECYBER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRIPLECYBER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TripleCyber Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
TripleCyber may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
12. Changes to These Terms
TripleCyber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
