Data Deletion & Account Erasure Policy

Overview

TripleCyber Corp ("TripleCyber", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. This policy describes how you can request the deletion of your account and personal data from Tr3sPass and any other TripleCyber mobile applications, and explains what data is deleted, what is retained, and the timeline for fulfillment.

This policy applies to all TripleCyber mobile applications, including Tr3sPass, distributed via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can submit a deletion request through any of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Request

  1. Open the Tr3sPass app
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Select Delete My Account and follow the prompts

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@triplecyber.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include:

  • The email address or phone number associated with your account
  • The name of the app (e.g., Tr3sPass)
  • A brief description of your request (deletion, erasure, or specific data removal)

Option 3: Web Form

Submit your request through our Contact page and select "Data Deletion Request" as the inquiry type.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, TripleCyber will permanently delete the following data:

  • Your account profile (name, username, email address, phone number)
  • All messages and conversations stored on our servers
  • Contact lists and friend connections within the app
  • User-generated content (photos, files, shared media)
  • Device tokens and push notification identifiers
  • Usage logs and activity history tied to your account
  • Preferences, settings, and customizations

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained beyond your deletion request for the following legitimate purposes, and will be deleted when those purposes are no longer applicable:

  • Legal compliance: Transaction records, billing history, and fraud prevention data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
  • Security investigations: Logs related to active or recent security incidents or abuse reports may be retained until the investigation is closed.
  • Aggregated analytics: De-identified, aggregated statistical data that cannot be linked back to you individually may be retained.
  • Backup systems: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backup storage for up to 90 days before being permanently overwritten during scheduled backup rotation cycles.

Your Rights

Residents of California (CCPA), the European Union (GDPR), or other jurisdictions with data protection laws may submit requests under those frameworks. We will fulfill all valid requests within the statutory timelines.
