Requirements:
- 3 + Years in Federal civilian Human Resources
- Employees Relations Office providing advice and guidance to supervisors and managers regarding employee relations issues as they relate to involuntary terminations (resignations, termination of temporary appointments, termination of probationary/trial period employees)
- Adverse actions (removal, suspension, change to lower grade for case)
- Both disciplinary actions (admonishments, reprimands) and non-disciplinary actions such as counseling's, investigations and performance-based actions
- guidance to management and employees on reasonable accommodation
Telework allowed - Will have to attend in-person meetings located in D.C.
Federal ER experience required
Basic Clearance Required
