Job Title: Computer Network Defense Service Provider Manager
Job Description:
The Computer Network Defense Service Provider Manager (CND-SPM) role is specific to Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CND-SP), aka Cybersecurity Service Provider, services and is required by DoD 8570.01-M. The CND-SPM shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer, the COR and the NOSC Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day project management, quality assurance, day-to-day performance oversight, and managing the contractor staff Activity. Project management duties including project planning, developing internal/external reports, facilitation support, scheduling and participating in meetings, and other administrative duties. This position oversees contract personnel.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the single Point of Contact for the government Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer Representative for all contracts and programmatic requirements.
- Provide support to Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CND-SP) and manage the day-to-day task assignments of project staff in accordance with government priorities and policies.
- Responsible for providing support to conduct the daily business of the CND-SP, which includes implementing CNDSP service agreements, developing incident response plans, share lessons learned, and provide computer network situational awareness.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Possess at least 10 years of experience developing and executing cybersecurity policies and procedures. Adept at providing Monitoring and Analysis Support, Digital Media Analysis (DMA) Support, Cyber Intelligence Support, Vulnerability Assessment Support, Penetration Testing Support, Incident Assessment and Response Support, Insider Threat Hunting Support.
- Active Top Secret clearance, must be eligible for TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.
- DoD 8570 IAM Level III certified.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study. / A masters degree is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communications with an ability to develop high visibility products and brief senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage large and diverse groups of people.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple platforms including classified, unclassified, cloud-based, and off-network systems.
- Customer Service Skills demonstrated by promoting or developing and maintaining good working relationships with key individuals or groups.
- Analysis, collection and reporting of performance baseline and annual measurement information; identifying and promoting Government and industry best practices/tools/lessons learned; and maintaining resources to departments/agencies
