Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day project management, quality assurance, day-to-day performance oversight, and managing the contractor staff activity. Project management duties including project planning, developing internal/external reports, facilitation support, scheduling and participating in meetings, and other administrative duties. This position oversees contract personnel

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the single Point of Contact for the government Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer Representative for all contracts and programmatic requirements
  • Manage the day-to-day task assignments of assigned project staff in accordance with government prioritties. Develop Plan of Action adn Milestones in support of RMF activities
  • Ensure quality of services and deliverables meet the standards established by the government as well as the company
  • Provide knowledge, skills, abilities, staff support, and other related resources necessary to conduct Assessments and Authorization for PIT systems to successfully obtain an Authorization to Operate.
  • Support the maintaining of continuous monitoring for Information Systems that have been placed into Ongoing Authorization
  • Assist government ISSOs with RMF services for IS as needed.
  • Manage Task Orders, Data Calls, and other cybersecurity staff activities

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 10 years of project management experience with 5 years specific experience performing Risk Management Framework activities in accordance with NIST 800 series and other federal government policy/guidance cybersecurity requirements.
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level II or higher certified
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large and diverse groups of people
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple platforms including classified, unclassified, cloud-based, and off-network systems
  • Customer Service Skills are demonstrated by promoting or developing and maintaining good working relationships and key individuals or groups
  • Analysis, collection and reporting of performance baseline and annual measurement information; identifying and promoting Government and industry best practices/tools/ lessons learned; and maintaining resources to departments/agencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to develop high visibility products and brief senior leaders
  • Previous experience serving as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or similar role

  • Active Top Secret with eligibility for TS/SCI with CI Poly
