Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description:

The Program Manager is responsible for providing quality assurance, day-to-day performance oversight, and managing the contractor staff activity. Program management duties including planning, developing internal/external reports, facilitation support, scheduling and participating in meetings, and other administrative duties. The program manager will ensure contract employees are acting within scope and providing the necessary quality of work to support the government's requirements. This position oversees all contract personnel across each task area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the single Point of Contact for the government Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer Representative for all contracts and programmatic requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day task assignments of assigned project staff in accordance with government priorities. Develop Plan of Action and Milestones in support of program activities
  • Ensure quality of services and deliverables meet the standards established by the governments as well as the company
  • Provide knowledge, skills, and abilities, staff support, and other related resources necessary to support government requirements
  • Manage Task Orders, Data Calls, and other cybersecurity staff activities

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 15 years of project management experience with specific experience performing leadership roles in policy/guidance development focused on cybersecurity requirements
  • Must be PMP Certified (active certification)
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certified
  • Previous experience conducting DoDIN operations and an understanding of Coast Guard maritime operations and cyberspace terrain
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study/ A Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage large and diverse groups of people
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple platforms including classified, unclassified, cloud-based, and off-network systems
  • Customer Service Skills are demonstrated by promoting or developing and maintaining good working relationships with key individuals or groups
  • Analysis, collection and reporting of performance baseline and annual measurement information, identifying and promoting Government and industry best practices/tools/lessons learned; and maintaining resources to departments/agencies
  • Strong oral and written communications with an ability to develop high visibility products and brief senior leaders

  • Active Top Secret with eligibility for TS/SCI with CI Poly
