Job Title: Information Systems Security Management (ISSM)/ Information Security Analyst/Program Manager
Job Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day project management, supporting all cybersecurity, SCRM program planning, quality assurance, day-to-day performance oversight, and managing the contractor staff activity. Further, the Program Manager will be working on information assurance, cybersecurity, and SCRM related assignments to ensure that program objectives are met with the resources allocated to the program.
The contractor shall assist in:
- Program management duties including project planning, developing internal/external reports, facilitation support, scheduling and participating in meetings, and other administrative duties
- Risk management duties including: A&A activities, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) maintenance, and developing ISCM process for the ITC systems
- Specialized analytic and professional program management services and information security, cybersecurity, SCRM services to support the implementation of the continuous monitoring risk and mitigation
- Operations and administrative support ATO, continuous monitoring, POA&M control and scheduling, program performance measurement and meeting reporting requirements
- Analysis, collection and reporting of performance baseline and annual measurement information; identifying and promoting Government and industry best practices/tools/lessons learned; and maintaining resources to departments/agencies
- Cybersecurity and SCRM program required support and services to ITSS/RMASS
- Specialized analytic and professional program management services and information security services to support the implementation of the Cybersecurity, and SCRM support for RMASS program
- Specialized experience in working with computer networking concepts, protocols, network security methodologies, risk management processes; conducting cyber security systems evaluations and reviews of policy enforcement practices to ensure secure information systems reliability and accessibility
- Proficiency using Google Apps, Windows products, and all required IT products and services
- Attention to detail skills demonstrated by assignments where the applicant keeps abreast of latest technology, information, research, etc., to maintain knowledge in the field of expertise.
- Customer Service Skills demonstrated by promoting or developing and maintaining good working relationships with key individuals or groups
- Oral Communication skills demonstrated by providing review and recommendations to committees, or task forces as a SME for the organization on technical or professional issues
- Problem solving skills demonstrated by monitoring current trends or events (for example, technological, economic, political, social, educational, or employment trends or events) and applying the information as appropriate
Required Skills/Education
- Must be Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
- Must possess and maintain INFOSEC approved certification (CISSP or equivalent, e.g. CISM, CISA, GSLC, Security, Security+)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 12 or more years of relevant experience in management of IT program offices and IT Security
- Significant experience in performing security assessments
